Mains

M1. Caribbean Jerk ½ Chicken
Succulent jerk-spiced half chicken served with aromatic rice & peas, finished with a tangy bitter orange marmalade.

M2. Sweet Potato & Beetroot Tortelloni (VG-M)
Delicate tortelloni filled with sweet potato and earthy beetroot, tossed in a sage butter sauce, accompanied by tender asparagus and maple-glazed walnuts.

M3. Pan-Seared Seabream
Perfectly seared seabream paired with buttered new season potatoes, a vibrant fresh pea & broad bean purée, and drizzled with an aromatic truffle vinaigrette.

Desserts

D1. Sticky Toffee Pudding
Indulgent sticky toffee pudding served warm, topped with a scoop of cornflake ice cream and a sprinkle of sea salt for that perfect balance.

D2. Decadent Chocolate Brownie (V)
Rich and fudgy chocolate brownie served with a smooth chocolate ice cream for the ultimate chocolate lover’s delight.

D3. Pineapple Carpaccio (V)
Thinly sliced pineapple, lightly charred and topped with toasted coconut, drizzled with a zesty chilli & lime glaze, and served with a refreshing coconut sorbet.

This is a 3.5 Hour Experience! Doors will open at 7:30PM

The show will start promptly at 8PM. The event will end at 11:00pm

Please do arrive before 7.45PM to ensure you’re allocated the best possible seats in the house.
